Product Verification & Documentation
Applicable products may include hallmark/hologram identification and relevant authenticity documentation based on the product type. A purchase record or cash memo may also be provided with eligible orders.

Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged according to Star Jewellers’ applicable exchange policy. Under our standard exchange terms, an applicable 35% exchange deduction may be calculated from the original product value. Delivery and return courier charges may apply separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Star Jewellers as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos. After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or exchange.

Returns & Refunds
Returns or cash refunds are not automatically available for a change of mind after successful delivery. Any return or refund request will be reviewed according to the condition of the product and the circumstances of the order.

Products that have been used, intentionally damaged, modified, altered, or tampered with may not be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.

Warranty & After-Sales Support
Warranty and after-sales benefits depend on the product category, materials, and the terms provided with the individual purchase. Customers should retain their purchase documents for warranty or exchange requests.

Delivery & Return Charges
Applicable delivery and return courier charges may be payable by the customer depending on the reason for the return or exchange. If an incorrect or defective product is confirmed to have been supplied by Star Jewellers, the applicable resolution will be determined after verification.

Eligible purchases may include Star Jewellers membership benefits. Membership duration, discounts, and other promotional benefits are subject to the applicable terms and offers available at the time of purchase.
